Arsen Mehrabian studied at the Armenian National Ballet School in Yerevan from 1991-1998. He continued his education in Hamburg Ballet School from 1998-2000 under the Director John Neumeier. In 2000 he joined the Hamburg Ballet Company and was promoted as a Soloist in 2002. From 2009 to 2011 he daced as a First Soloist at the Zurich Ballet. For the season starting in summer 2011 he changed to the Royal Swedish Ballet to Stockholm.

     1997: Gold medal at Amadeus Ballet Competition in Yerevan, Armenia.
     1998: Scholarship at Prix-de-Lausanne International Competition.
     1998: Third prize at Vaganova International Ballet Competition, St. Petersburg, Russia.
     2002: Grand Prix and Anniversary prize at Varna International Competition.
     2003: Dr.Wilhelm Oberdorfer
     2005: Special Jury Prize at Nagaya International Competition.
